If you miss a payment on your Paradise Parcels land, here’s what you can expect — and what not to worry about:

⏳ Our Grace Period Policy

• First missed payment? You’ll get a reminder email and text.

• Second missed payment? We’ll reach out again — and offer help if you need it.

• After 45+ days: That’s when it’s considered in default, and the land may return to our inventory.

But here’s the truth: we do not repossess land lightly.
If you stay in contact, we’re happy to work with you — especially if life’s throwing you a curveball.

• Set up automatic payments (we accept ACH or card)

• Add a calendar reminder on due dates

• Communicate early if something's off
